Immunizations

The Christian County Health Department regularly offers immunizations to the community on an as-needed basis. We follow the CDC-recommended immunization schedule, which can be found here. More info on immunizations in Missouri can be found on the Department of Health and Senior Services website.

Our vaccines offered vary depending on availability and time of year, so it is recommended you call ahead to ensure the vaccine you're looking for is currently available, at (417) 581-7285.

Several vaccinations we typically offer include: 

  • TDAP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis a.k.a. whooping cough)

  • Shingles

  • Adult RSV

  • Hepatitis A & B

  • HPV

  • Meningococcal

  • Childhood vaccines

The Health Department accepts private insurance, self-pay, along with offering state-funded vaccines to those under- or un-insured.

 

While walk-ins are accepted, we cannot guarantee you will be seen or the availability of a vaccine unless you schedule an appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call (417) 581-7285.
